No consistency rule during the evaluation. At payout, no single day's net profit may be 40% or more of your total net profit in the window (best-day × 2.5 = the minimum total you need). You also need at least 2% gross profit to request on-demand.
The gotcha
A partial withdrawal RESETS the consistency score to zero — you rebuild a fresh window from the next trade.
What happens if you break it
Breaching this doesn't necessarily close the account, but it can disqualify the payout you were trading toward — you keep trading, the profit doesn't get paid.
