Free during the evaluation. On the Qualified (funded) account there's a blackout: Pro 8/10% = no open/close 2 min before & after a release; Pro 6%/One/Three = 5 min before & after; Swing = trades opened within 2 min of a release must last >2 min to be valid.
The gotcha
A stop-loss or take-profit FILLED inside the restricted window is a soft breach — those profits are stripped from your performance fee even though you didn't manually trade.
What happens if you break it
Breaching this doesn't necessarily close the account, but it can disqualify the payout you were trading toward — you keep trading, the profit doesn't get paid.
