5 different days per phase (need not be consecutive); Instant has no minimum. For a payout you need a minimum of 15 traded days, OR you can request after 30 calendar days with no minimum-days requirement.
What happens if you break it
Breaching this doesn't necessarily close the account, but it can disqualify the payout you were trading toward — you keep trading, the profit doesn't get paid.
