Evaluations pay a fixed 80% split; Instant scales 50% → 90% in +10% steps at each 10% growth milestone. Payouts are every 15 traded days or 30 calendar days (Instant on-demand after +10%). Paid by bank transfer (EUR/USD) or crypto (USDT/BTC/ETH); KYC and a signed contract are required. Note: the Terms frame funds as demo and the payout as an 'educational scholarship' that the firm 'does not guarantee', with only a fee refund on termination. Scaling reaches $1.28M; US users are restricted.

Legally the Terms describe payouts as a discretionary 'scholarship', not earned profit — and US users face platform/reset restrictions.
What happens if you break it
Breaching this doesn't necessarily close the account, but it can disqualify the payout you were trading toward — you keep trading, the profit doesn't get paid.
