EAs and custom indicators are allowed on standard MT4/MT5 Stellar accounts. The FundedNext CFD / Match-Trader variant does NOT allow automated/algorithmic trading (only built-in indicators). EAs are commonly reported as unsupported on cTrader.
The gotcha
You can't use an EA to pass and then trade manually when funded (or vice-versa) — strategy must stay consistent. Check which platform your account uses before automating.
What happens if you break it
Breaching this voids the account outright — the evaluation or funded account is terminated and any unrealised profit is forfeited. It's the most severe class of breach.
