The gotcha
The 40% number is official, but which models it binds varies — verify against your specific purchased account's terms. Manufacturing even days with opposing/correlated trades is itself a bannable 'artificial profit' practice.
What happens if you break it
Breaching this doesn't necessarily close the account, but it can disqualify the payout you were trading toward — you keep trading, the profit doesn't get paid.
