Maximum drawdown
1-Step 6% static, 2-Step 10% static and Phoenix 6% static — fixed floors off the starting balance. Instant uses a 6% trailing (equity-based, high-water-mark) drawdown.

Forex prop firm· review & rules
A brand-new (2025) broker-backed firm from Moneta Markets' CEO, with 1-Step/2-Step, Instant, a 10-tier Phoenix scaling program to $2M, and a time-boxed Sprint Challenge (100% split). It offers a high flat 88% split and no consistency rule on the challenges — but it's an unregulated Saint Lucia entity with no payout track record yet, tiered news rules, and a 20% consistency cap on Instant.
A promising broker-backed newcomer with a high 88% flat split and no consistency rule on the challenges — but it's a 2025 Saint Lucia firm with an unproven payout record, so weight that risk.
Pros
Watch out
Best for: Traders drawn to the high 88% split and no-consistency challenges who are comfortable taking a chance on a brand-new broker-backed firm.
Bottom line: Attractive terms on paper; treat it as an early-stage firm and confirm payouts are flowing before scaling up.

1-Step 6% static, 2-Step 10% static and Phoenix 6% static — fixed floors off the starting balance. Instant uses a 6% trailing (equity-based, high-water-mark) drawdown.
1-Step 3%, 2-Step 4%, Instant 3%, Phoenix 3%. Measured against the greater of start-of-day balance or peak equity (includes floating P&L), rolling around 22:00 UTC.
Gotcha: Because it uses the greater of balance or equity and includes floating P&L, an overnight floating loss can breach you before you close.
Instant Funding: no single day may exceed 20% of total profit. 1-Step, 2-Step and Phoenix have NO consistency rule. The Sprint Challenge is time-boxed with no consistency rule.
1-Step & 2-Step: must fully close before major news — cannot hold, open or close during the window. Instant & Phoenix: may hold existing positions through news but cannot open new trades. All accounts: no opening or closing within 5 minutes before/after a release. Sprint: news trading entirely blocked.
Gotcha: On 1-Step/2-Step you must be flat before news — assuming you can hold through it is an easy breach.
Overnight and weekend holding are allowed across the standard accounts, with no forced closures. (Sprint is intraday/time-boxed by nature.)
EAs/automated trading are allowed on MT5 and Match-Trader. Copy trading is allowed only between your own accounts; copying external/third-party signal providers is prohibited. HFT and latency arbitrage are prohibited.
Prohibited: martingale, grid trading, HFT, latency arbitrage, reverse/group trading between accounts, account sharing / third-party management, and external-signal copy trading. Cross-account hedging is likely restricted (implied by the reverse-trading ban).
3 profitable days per phase on 1-Step / 2-Step / Phoenix; a valid day = ≥0.5% profit. Instant's minimum-days requirement is reported inconsistently (0 vs 5).
30 calendar days without a trade breaches/closes the account (one source said 14 — likely an error; 30 is the consensus).
Flat 88% split on standard plans (Sprint 100%). Bi-weekly (every 14 days), $100 minimum, processed in 24–48 hours. 1-Step & 2-Step refund the challenge fee on the first successful payout; Instant Funding does NOT refund the fee. KYC via Sumsub (photo ID + live facial verification, no VPN/VPS during verification). The newer Instant Funding Pro advertises on-demand first payouts.
Gotcha: As a brand-new (2025) unregulated firm, the payout track record is unproven — and the Instant plan's fee is non-refundable.
