On the Test eval the trailing max-loss is computed on END-OF-DAY balance (5 PM ET), so intraday swings are safe. The moment you're funded on PRO it trails INTRADAY on unrealized highs — a spike you don't bank still ratchets the floor up. PRO+ returns to EOD. The floor locks once it reaches your original starting balance.
The gotcha
The Test→PRO switch from EOD to intraday trailing is the single biggest account-killer — traders who pass on EOD often blow up in week one of PRO because giving back unrealized profit now counts against the floor.
Breaching this voids the account outright — the evaluation or funded account is terminated and any unrealised profit is forfeited. It's the most severe class of breach.
