Tradeify: Daily loss limit (pause, not fail)
Growth and Lightning have a daily loss limit (Growth eval ≈ $600/$1,250/$2,500/$3,750); Select Evaluation has NONE. Hitting the DLL does NOT fail the account — it pauses trading for the rest of the day and you resume next session.
The gotcha
The DLL only pauses you (unlike the trailing drawdown, which is fatal) — but the $25K Lightning has no DLL at all.
What happens if you break it
This is a soft breach: the firm typically warns or flags the account rather than voiding it, but repeated or flagrant breaches escalate to termination.
