Definition
Commission
The per-lot fee charged on execution, typically quoted per round turn (open + close).
Common shape: $5–7 per standard lot round turn on raw-spread accounts. High-frequency styles should model commissions into expectancy before buying a challenge.
Futures accounts charge per contract per side, plus exchange and data fees baked into the firm's pricing.
