Prohibited: trades closed before 10.01 seconds (an anti-scalp/HFT floor), latency arbitrage, insider trading, front-running, cross-account/cross-firm hedging, quote stuffing/slippage targeting, purchased 'pass-the-challenge' systems, account churning (buying many accounts and breaching within 1–2 days), and intentional breaching to game protections.

The gotcha

A trade closed under 10.01 seconds is a violation — sub-10-second scalps don't count and can void trades.
