A US (Texas) forex firm with a wide product menu — 1-Step Flash, 2-Step Pro/Plus, Instant Funding/Prime — where consistency is a payout gate rather than an account-killer. The catches are a $25,000 cap on net profit + withdrawals per 30 days across ALL your accounts, an Instant split that ramps from 60%, a 3% daily profit cap on Flash, and frequent dated rule changes (purchase date matters).
A flexible, US-registered forex firm where a big day blocks a payout rather than busting the account — but the $25k/30-day profit cap and the ramping Instant split are real limits.
Pros
Consistency is a gate, not a kill — you keep trading to dilute a big day rather than busting
3% daily profit cap on funded Flash (excess voided); frequent dated rule changes
Best for: Forex traders who want model variety and a forgiving consistency gate — and who size within the daily profit cap and the $25k/30-day retention ceiling.
Bottom line: Lots of choice and a non-fatal consistency rule; just read the dated rules for your purchase date and mind the $25k retention cap.

1-Step Flash uses a 7% trailing drawdown and Instant Funding a 6% trailing drawdown, both of the initial balance — they trail your equity high until you request your first payout, then lock at the starting balance. 2-Step Pro and Plus use an 8% static drawdown that doesn't move with payouts.
Gotcha: Requesting a payout permanently locks the trailing buffer at your starting balance — you lose the cushion you built above it.
4% of initial balance on Flash and 2-Step (hard breach); 3% on Instant. 2-Step Plus computes it from the previous day's high balance or equity. An 'Equity Shield' auto-closes trades when daily loss reaches 2% on a single symbol or 2.5% across all symbols — a protective flatten before the 4% hard breach.
2-Step Pro: 50% of total profit (eval) / 30% of accumulated profit (funded) = (highest day ÷ total) × 100. Instant Funding: consistency score must stay ≤15%. 2-Step Plus has NO consistency target; 1-Step Flash uses 3 profitable days instead. Breaching consistency doesn't void the account — you keep trading to even out the distribution, then qualify.
Gotcha: Unlike many firms, consistency here is a pass/payout gate — a big day delays you, it doesn't bust you.
Unrestricted during the evaluation. On funded accounts you may not open OR close trades within 5 minutes before/after a high-impact event. Exception: a position opened ≥5 hours before the event may have its SL/TP triggered in the window without violation — but manually closing inside the window is a violation.
Gotcha: Only positions opened ≥5 hours before news survive the window via SL/TP; a manual close in-window breaches.
1-Step Flash allows weekend holding. Instant Funding does not by default — a paid weekend-holding add-on lifts the restriction. Overnight holding is generally allowed.
EAs are allowed only if unique to you (customized to your style, not masking other traders' identical trades). Commercial/pre-programmed AI EAs are prohibited; Instant Prime allows no EAs at all. Copy trading between accounts you don't own is banned, as is group/signal-following — on funded you must wait ≥30 minutes between entries to avoid the copy/group flag. HFT and arbitrage are prohibited.
Gotcha: On funded accounts you must space entries ≥30 minutes apart or risk being flagged for copy/group trading.
1-Step Flash: 3 profitable trading days to pass. 2-Step Plus: 5 trading days each with ≥0.5% net profit per phase. 2-Step Pro: no minimum stated. Instant: none.
2-Step: 80% base (90% with add-on). Instant Funding ramps 60% → 70% → 80% → 90% by payout number. Minimum payout is 2% of the initial balance. 2-Step first payout 14 days after funding, then every 14 days; Instant first at 30 days, then every 30 (Instant Payouts add-on bypasses the wait). KYC requires ID + proof of address + selfie, and the firm may require a video interview. Hard cap: a trader may retain max $25,000 in net profit + total withdrawals within any 30-day period across ALL accounts — excess is deducted from the trading balance. Funded Flash also has a 3% daily profit cap (excess voided) and a 20%/20-lot max-lot rule.
Gotcha: The $25k/30-day retention cap spans all your accounts and claws back the excess from your balance — not just holds it.
