What is Take Profit Trader's news trading (pro/pro+) rule?

On PRO and PRO+ you must be flat — no positions and no orders — 1 minute before, during, and 1 minute after FOMC, Non-Farm Payroll (NFP) and CPI. There is no news restriction on Test accounts. Watch out: Open ORDERS count, not just positions — a resting limit order during the blackout is a violation. And it only applies once funded, so habits formed on the eval can trip you.
